It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kevin C. Barnette (Virginia Beach, Virginia), who passed away on March 15, 2024, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Samantha (Sam); and his parents, Susie Barnette and Bud Barnette. He is survived by: his daughter Kasey Hughes (Jesse); his siblings, Susan Burns, Mark Barnette (Laurie) and Jerry Barnette; his sister-in-law Mandy Rust; and his pets, Lily and Coco. He is also survived by other relatives and close friends.
