He is survived by: his wife Carmen Kolb of Virginia Beach, VA; his children, Jessica Lull (Rick) of Richmond, VA, Kayla Kolb of Highland, IL, Tiffany Reyes-Kolb of Virginia Beach, VA, Angelina Reyes-Kolb of Virginia Beach, VA and Matthew James of Virginia Beach, VA; his grandchildren, Kenneth London Foxworthy, Bryce and Chase Lull; his sisters, Drinda M. Biggs of Troy, IL and Chris Fulton (Krystal); and his pet Bella-Lady. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
