She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Samuel Howard, Sr. and Julia Butler Howard; her brother Joseph Samuel Howard, Jr.; and also, Ronald P. Hickam, Sr. and Joyce M. Hickam.
She is survived by: her siblings, Judith A. Perry (Bill) and Tina Stevens (Mark); and her siblings-in-law, Ronald P. Hickam, Jr., Mary M. Cawley and Wendy R. Hickam.
