She was predeceased by: her husband H. Wayne Turner; and her parents, Edward Howell and Ruth Howell. She is survived by: her sons, Christopher Wayne and Geoffrey Michael (Kelly); and her grandchildren, Lilly Keagen and Geoffrey Finn.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Laskin Road Chapel (2002 Laskin Rd, Virginia Beach, VA 23454). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
