He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Seubert and Edna Seubert; and his siblings, Frances Hughes (Florent), James and Robert Seubert (Angela).

He is survived by: his wife Helen; his sister Elizabeth Hayes; his daughters, Helen Cahill (Joseph), Susan Hannegan and Donna Blough; his grandchildren, Joseph Hannegan, Brian Hannegan (Crystal), Daniel Hannegan, Paul Fortner Jr. (Lauren), Katie Fortuna (Michael) and Troy Blough Jr.; and his great grandchildren, Penelope Hannegan, Julia Fortuna and Luke Fortuna. He is also survived by many loving nephews and nieces.
