She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Garrett and Lily Garrett; and her brother-in-law George Tidey. She is survived by: her husband Morris H. Fine; her children, Robert Fine (Jane), Beth Fine (Ryan) and Michael Fine (Blair); her sister Joyce Tidey; her brother-in-law Andrew Fine (Barbara); and her grandchildren, Lauren Fine, Hannah Walker, Kate, Summer, Will Fine, Lily, Caroline and Zoe Albert. She is also survived by her extended family and many dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Jan and Morris Fund at the Hampton Roads Foundation.
