He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton West and Fannie Bagwell West; and his former wife Bonnie West. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Marie West. He is also survived by stepchildren, nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Portsmouth Boulevard Chapel (5201 Portsmouth Blvd, Portsmouth, VA 23701).
