He was predeceased by: his parents, Lorraine Bailey and Bill R. Bailey; and his sister Laura Goadby. He is survived by: his sister Brenda Cooke (Keith); his nephew Bill Bartlett; his niece Hillary Larkin; and his great-nephews, Joshua Poole, James Tanner Jr. and Liam Larkin.
