He was predeceased by: his mother Louise Williams; his wife Emma K. Williams; his father Frank A. Williams, Sr.; and his sisters, Sophronia Woodard, Josephine Johnson, Marie Jackson, Margaret McAden Erorna Thomas and Ruth Williams.
He is survived by: his daughters, Wendy Williams Harris (Gerald) of Hamden, CT, Mother of Wendy and Krista Barbara Williams of New Haven, CT; his grandchildren, Cokeisha Powell, Nicole Johnson (Fred) and Michelle White; his great grandchildren, Sydney, Taylor, Jacob, Camryn, Tyler, Jamari, Briana, David, Nataja and Pharaoh; and his great great grandchild Astraea. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
