She was predeceased by: her father Schilke; her former husbands, Walter Bernhart and Alvin Safford; her daughter Dale Adamek; and her grandson Justin Potter.
She is survived by: her daughter Lynn Potter; her son-in-law John Potter; her grandchildren, Christopher Potter, David Adamek and Lauren Knapp; and her stepdaughter Carol Porter. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and their children.
