He is survived by: his wife Connie Merriman (Darby); his brother Kurt Merriman; his children, Teresa Carpenter, Thomas Merriman (Lisa), Melissa Tobias (Douglas), Jennifer Nelson (Eric), Rachel Merriman (Darrick Christodaro), Donna Walker (Jamie) and Don Merriman Jr. (Suzanne); his grandchildren, Hannah, Jacob, Abigail, KateLyn, Ryan, Samuel, Keeley, Breanna, MacKenzie, Ronan, Alex, Aidan, Madeline, Sydney, Lakeyn and Lily; his great grandchildren, Spencer, Colby, Claire, Mason, Teaghan, Presley, Atticus, Jalen, Jah'Kai and Chloe; and his granddaughter Rebecca Ballard. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
