He is survived by: his children, Catherine Pulley of Virginia Beach, David Pulley, Jr. of Virginia Beach and Victoria Wilkinson of Virginia Beach; his stepson William "Scooter" Joyner of Fayetteville; his grandchildren, Jessica Curtis, Destini Wilkinson, Miranda Bowdish (Tony), David Pulley, III and Gabriella Arestozo; and his brother Richard Pulley, III (Virginia). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends.
