He was predeceased by: his parents, Pauline Perrie and Henry Joseph; his wife Ilene Joseph; his son Raymond Hosford; and the parents of child, Henry and Pauline Joseph.
He is survived by: his daughter Glenda Joseph; his granddaughter Denise Meredith; and his brother Carl Joseph. He is also survived by nieces; nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Beach Funeral & Cremation Services (4456 Bonney Rd, Virginia Beach, VA 23462). A burial was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Woodlawn Memorial Gardens (6309 E Virginia Beach Blvd, Norfolk, VA 23502).
