It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Charlotte Echo Lawson, who departed this life peacefully at her home in Virginia Beach on June 17, 2024. Born in California, Charlotte spent her early years in the Golden State before moving to Utah. It was in Florida, however, that she found her lifelong partner and true love, Gary Lawson in Jr. High. They married in the summer of 1975 in Tennessee while Gary was in A school. Their union, which spanned 49 joyous years, was a testament to their unwavering love and commitment to one another.
Charlotte's life was enriched by her dedication to her family. She was a devoted wife and a loving mother to her two children, Vincent and Autumn. Her home was a sanctuary filled with warmth, where she took immense pleasure in preparing home-cooked meals, and her skillful hands produced beautiful knitted and crocheted creations that are treasured by all who received them.
Professionally, Charlotte was a respected insurance underwriter at GEICO, where she worked diligently for many years, earning the admiration of her colleagues and clients alike.
Charlotte's life was a tapestry of love, care, and dedication. She leaves behind her beloved husband, Gary; her son, Vincent; and her daughter, Autumn; proceeded by her 3 granddaughters two grandsons Hailey Alexis Lawson, Katelyn Marie Lawson and great granddaughter, Tatiana and Jeremy Greene, Brandon Reabold, and Vincent's wife Kirstie Lawson Daughter-in-law and a legacy of cherished memories and a spirit of kindness and generosity that will be remembered by all who knew her.
Charlotte Echo Lawson will be deeply missed, but her love and the beautiful moments she created will live on in the hearts of her family and friends forever.
