It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles A Ferguson of Virginia Beach, Virginia, who passed away on July 21, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, James Garnet Ferguson and Mary Edith Sprinkle Ferguson; his wife Mary Elizabeth Edmondson; his children, Charles Arthur Ferguson, Jr. and Cindy Lou Merrick; and his brothers, Pete and Gene Ferguson.

He is survived by : his daughter Julie F. Forrester (Jeff) of Wylie Texas; and his sisters, Lorene Smith of Winston Salem and Ramona Murmillo of Virginia Beach.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Shriner's Hospitals for Children.
