She was predeceased by: her parents, J. Richard Insley and Mary Fitzhugh Insley; her son Gary Parker; and her siblings, Joan Lewis, Carolyn Willey and J. Richard Insley, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Workman of Virginia Beach, VA and Richard A. Parker (Lori) of Cambridge; her grandchildren, Deanna Parker, Stephanie Morris, Patrick Parker and Nathan Workman; her great grandchildren, Katherine Davis, Nicole Parker, Tara Parker, Joey Morris, Noah Morris and Kaden Morris; and her sister Brenda Parks. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Old Trinity Churchyard.
