She was predeceased by: her parents, John Seay and Maxine Seay; and her sister Marion Bray Seay. She is survived by: her daughter Melissa "Seay"; her sister Marian Bray Seay; her husband Bill; her son Chip; and her grandchildren, Daniel Alexander, Roman Alexander and Grace Ann.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the First Presbyterian Church (300 36th St, Virginia Beach, VA 23451).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to the Special Olympics Virginia Beach Area 3, in honor of her grandson Roman Alexander Harshaw.
