She was predeceased by: her parents, Bonfacio Refuerzo and Josefina Echalar Refuerzo. She is survived by: her brothers, Renato and Manuel Refuerzo; her children, Raul Pernites (Pam), Adrian Pernites (Natalie) and Josephine Wandling (Joseph); her grandchildren, Harper, Zoe, Esmee, Joshua and Jacob; and her niece Ching Refuerzo.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Princess Anne Chapel (3445 Princess Anne Rd, Virginia Beach, VA 23456). A graveside service will be held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Colonial Grove Memorial Park (3445 Princess Anne Rd, Virginia Beach, VA 23456).
