Though Barbara Parramore may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Barbara Parramore touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Parramore and Maude Parramore; her former husband Paul Truman Crawford; and her husband Joseph Craig Wool, Jr.. She is survived by: her son Scott Crawford (Lisa) of Suffolk, VA; and her granddaughters, Grace Yalung (Paolo) of Virginia Beach and Elizabeth Crawford (Junhao Yu). She is also survived by many extended family members and good friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Laskin Road Chapel (2002 Laskin Rd, Virginia Beach, VA 23454). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Virginia Wesleyan University Alumni Fund.
