Though Arsenio may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Simplicio Sr. Ignacio and Julia Ignacio. He is survived by: his wife Celestina Ignacio (Sally); his children, Joan Katabian (Marc) and Samuel Ignacio (Kathy); his grandsons, Evan Katabian and Theodore Ignacio; and his brother Nick Ignacio. He is also survived by his wife and making memories with his children and grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel (1485 Kempsville Rd, Virginia Beach, VA 23464). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
