He was predeceased by: his pet Keva. He is survived by: his wife Lisa (Raff); his sons, Bradley, Jackson and Sam Varga; his mother Laura Varga (Conant); his sisters, Leeanna Varga (Paul Connors), Andrea Cedro (Matt), Adrienne, Evangeline and Annabel; his nephew Donovan; his sister Allison; and also, Susan and Howard Raff. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, as well as so many cousins and second cousins.

In lieu of flowers, Alex's neighbors created a memorial fund to support his son's futures.
