With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Rebecca Marion Honeycutt Phillips (Virgilina, Virginia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 1, 2025 at the age of 77. She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Marion Honeycutt and Lucy Rebecca Honeycutt; her husband Thomas Dewey Phillips; and her brother John Honeycutt. She is survived by: her daughter Vicky P. Cole (Bill); her siblings, Rita Daniel, Rachel Drake (Frank) and Paul Honeycutt (Donna); her grandchildren, Jobeth Weddle (Chase) and John Arthur Cole (Abby); and her great grandchildren, Sarah Rae, Easton Weddle, Waylon and Wyatt Cole. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; and many other family and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the North Fork Baptist Church (5124 N Fork Church Rd, Virgilina, VA 24598). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
