It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Danny Preston Hite Sr. (Virgilina, Virginia), born in Halifax, Virginia, who passed away on November 8, 2019, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Preston Hite and Mildred Hope Hudson Hite. He is survived by: his wife Lonie Bet; his son Danny Hite, Jr. of Clarksville; his stepchildren, Larry Wayne Newby, Connie Elizabeth Wade and Charles Allen Newby; and his sisters, Anna Overbey and Phyllis Cook. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
