She was predeceased by: her parents, William Arthur Rice and Lucy Morris Rice; her husband James Thomas Elliott; and her siblings, Willie Glasscock, Rebecca Honeycutt, Dorothy Epps, William Rice, Emma Rice and Helen Newton.
She is survived by: her children, James Norman Elliott, Carolyn E. Harris, Gladys E. Glasscock and Winston Elliott; and her brothers, Thomas, Cecil and Douglas Rice. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
