He was predeceased by: his parents, Gaylon "Dick" and Betty Riley Spradlin; and his siblings, Barney Fitzpatrick and Lorraine McCarthy. He is survived by: his wife Gwen; his son Scott; his siblings, Ricky Spradlin, Mary Spickard (Teddy) and Leona LaPradd (David); his mother-in-law Coleen Mitchum; his brother-in-law Philip Carter (Lisa); and his pets, Baxter and Oscar. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and friends; his best friends.

In lieu of flowers please consider the National Kidney Foundation The Three Amigos are now reunited again.
