He was predeceased by: his wife Nagatha Turner Collins; his parents, James Boyd Collins and Ida Huff Collins; his sisters, Virginia Durman (Merle) and Nettie Lawson (Ray); his son Mike Collins; his grandson Greg White; his great grandchild Ryder Brooks; and his son-in-law Barry Brooks.
He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Brooks, Janet White (Mack) and Mark Collins (Sherry); his daughter-in-law Linda Collins; his grandsons, Scott Brooks, Michael Collins (Stephanie) and Corey Collins (Desiree); his great grandchildren, Emmy Brooks and Michaela Collins; and his friend Violet Hilliker.
