He is survived by: his wife Sandi Foley; his children, Sharon Foley and Randy Foley; his stepchildren, Steve Dudley, Lisa Spangler (Vance) and Lori Oyler; his grandchildren, Brandon Spangler, Taylor Spangler, Kassie Adkins, Gabe Dudley and Josh Dudley; his great grandchildren, Piper Jo Adkins, Holland Reign Chandler, Phoenix Jade Adkins and Beckett Thomas Chandler; and his sister Ruby Carter (George). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
