He was predeceased by: his wife Elda O. Feitusch; and his sister Betty Crump. He is survived by: his children, Bruce L. Carmichael, Janea C. James and Michelle Carmichael; his sisters, Shirley Warner and Janet Shy; and his grandchildren, Jeff, Jennifer and Ariana. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
