He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene "Russell" Cox and Mary Spicer Crabtree; and his brothers, Larry Cox and Ronnie Cox. He is survived by: his children, Pam Belcher (David), Jan-Michael Cox (Tracie) and Debbie Boles; his grandchildren, Sarah Bolton, Laura Bray, Ben Belcher, Hallie Cox, Hunter Cox and Justin Boles; his great grandchildren, Charlotte, Kathryn, Carson, Marshall and Ellie; his brother Darol Cox; and his pet Sippi.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the ASPCA.
