He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Aker and Georgia Aker. He is survived by: his wife Ruthie; his children, Lindsay Alyssa Aker (Josh) and Timothy Boone Arthur Aker; his nieces, Amy Whittaker (Travis) and Ashley Lawson (Chris); and his great-nephews, Tyler and Bradley Whittaker. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
