He is survived by: his wife Carmen Serita Ball-Rogers; his children, Chrystal Allison and Randall York; his sister Virginia "Jenna" Burton; his nephews, Shannon Thomas Burton and David Franklin Burton; and his daughter Gigi.

Due to Covid-19, Tom requested that his Celebration of Life Service be scheduled at a later date.
