He was predeceased by: his wife Karen Booth; his parents, Nelson Booth and Elsie Booth; his son Todd Booth; and his brothers, Leon and Danny Booth.
He is survived by: his daughter Angie Kinzie (Braden); his daughter-in-law Isabel Booth; his grandchildren, Tia Peery (Trey), Kendall Kinzie (Brittany), Miriam Ornelas and Edgar Ornelas (Shirin); his siblings, Carl Booth (Dinah), Richard Booth (Brenda), Sandra Booth, Janet Poff (Mike) and Darrell Booth (Sherry); his sisters-in-law, Brenda G. Booth, Brenda J. Booth and Brenda Carano (Roger); and his great grandchildren, Cameron, Kayla, Madison, Thomas, Alex, Jasmin, Gia, Eli and Landon. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
