Carter; his son Kevin Carter (Kim); his grandsons, Kaleb and Kollin Carter; his siblings, Bessie Arnold and Frank Carter; his father-in-law James Payne; his siblings-in-law, Rita Mason, Kathy Webber, Phyllis Carter, Richard Payne (Bonnie) and Mark Hilton; his great-niece Kasi Abell; and his great-nephew Tyler Oliver. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
