He is survived by: his parents, Charles Edward Hayslett and Juanita Masel Hayler Hayslett; his children, Travis Hayslett and Brandi Fishel (Philip); his grandchildren, Kylie Hayslett, Emma Fishel and Henry Fishel; his brothers, Charles Hayslett, Jr. (June), Alvin Wayne Hayslett (Debbie), Ronnie Dean Hayslett (Ellen) and Greg Bruce Hayslett (Debbie); his brother-in-law Billy Duncan; and his close friend Kathy Hayslett.
