He was predeceased by: his parents, Staley Victor Pennington Sr. and Dorothy Dewitt Pennington; and his brother Wayne Pennington. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Link Pennington.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Oakey's Vinton Chapel (627 Hardy Rd, Vinton, VA 24179). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
