She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Woodson and Mamie Powell Woodson; her husband Tom Palmer; and her siblings, Rennie, Andrew, John, Joe (Zelda), Carl (Janie), Fred, Bobby, Roberta Garst (Howard), Dorothy Jean Hartman (Tommy), Rachel Guthrie (Frank) and Shirley Foster.
She is survived by: her sisters, Joyce Reed (late Lester) and Janice Sink (Ron); her siblings-in-law, Marvin Foster and Lois Woodson; and her pet Sandy. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews, friends, neighbors.
