He was predeceased by: his parents, Randolph Chittum and Frances Chittum; and his wife Brenda Chittum. He is survived by: his daughters, Lynn Lotts and Lisa Savage (Johnny); his grandsons, Justin Cook (Amber), Kyle Lotts (Calena) and Josh Cook (Mikhala Underwood); his great grandchildren, Haleigh Cook and Everett Lotts; his brother Gary Chittum (Bonnie); and his aunt Louise Walters. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
