He is survived by: his wife Shirley Pugh Patsel; his daughters, Ronda Garcia (Frank) and Nikki Thomas; his grandchildren, Nathaniel, Joshua, Jessica, Emily and Bradley; his great grandchild Nicole; and his brother Billy Patsel (Debby).
