He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Tomlin and Doshia Falls Tomlin; and his son-in-law Tripp Welch. He is survived by: his wife Melba Tomlin; his daughters, Terri Welch, Pam Lockhart (Eric) and Cindy Hall (Matt); and his grandchildren, Trevor, Cassidy, Reice, Skylar and Macie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Oakey's Vinton Chapel (627 Hardy Rd, Vinton, VA 24179). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
