It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Woody Ingram (Vinton, Virginia), born in Franklin, Virginia, who passed away on June 13, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeanette Bousman Ingram and Hunter Brown Ingram; his former wife Ruby Webber Ingram; and his siblings, Vivian McGhee (Ivan), Helen Smith (Ford), Rhonda Young and Eugene Wright (Peggy).
He is survived by: his wife Becky Covington Ingram; his stepchildren, Drew Buzik, Beth Buzik Byrd (Larry) and Scott Buzik (Charles Froelick); his grandchildren, Sidney Clements (Austin) and Sam Byrd; his great grandchild Andy Clements; his siblings, Carol Moore (John), Wayne Ingram (Marian), Betty Young (Earl), Joyce Hodges (Trix), Barbara Hodges (Ronnie), Edward Ingram (Joyce), Gordon Ingram (Tina), Derryel Ingram (Maxie), Donna Perdue (Don), Rebecca Boone (Daniel) and H. B. Ingram (Sherry); and his brother-in-law Steve Young. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Covid-19 guidelines provided by the Commonwealth of Virginia will be followed for the service.
