He is survived by: his children, Patricia Steahly (Butch), Terri Black (Denny), Mary Regina Spears, Larry Burkhart and Jeana Fowler (Matt); and his siblings, Carol Melvin and Jerry Melvin. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great-grandchildren.
