He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Virginia Bartlett (Bird) and Claude Bartlett; his wives, Phyllis Scruggs Bartlett and Barbara Walker Bartlett; his daughters, Linda Plunkett (Tim) and Sherre Moore (Jim); his grandchildren, Rebecca List (Mike), David Plunkett, Caleb Hale and Lucas Hale; his close friend Eileen Ensor; and his stepchildren, Brenda Sanson, Deborah Barnard, Sandy Ekinci, Bobbie Weaver and Richard Weaver.
