He is survived by: his son Chris Campbell; his mother Betty Wheeler Campbell; his sisters, Linda Waldron (David), Cheryl Entsminger (Ronnie) and Pam Campbell; and his nephew Hiram "Scott" E. Campbell III. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
