He was predeceased by: his parents, William Duncan and Toye Duncan; his wife Virginia Kidd Duncan; and his brothers, Bill Duncan and Moyer Duncan.
He is survived by: his daughter Carol Dagley (Terry); his grandchildren, Jason Chadwell, Jessica McCloy (Mason) and Emmi Dagley; and his sister Shirley Roop. He is also survived by his family and numerous friends.
