She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Via and Laura Gladys Frazier Via; her husband Robert "Bob" Whitlow; and her siblings, Oscar Dennis Via and Nina Sue Neese.
She is survived by: her sister Laura "Dot" Williams (Alfred); her siblings-in-law, Jimmy Whitlow (Sandy) and Dorothy L. Whitlow; and her close friend John Sowers. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
