We are sad to announce that on March 15, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Norma Jean Cooper of Vinton, Virginia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Curtis Cooper; her parents, Eddie Mitchell and Lillian Mitchell; and her brother Richard "Buddy" Mitchell Sr.. She is survived by: her sister Sue Shaver; her niece Anita Bolton (Chip); her great-niece Elizabeth Mauck (Robert); her great-nephew Timothy Bolton (Sarah); her close friend Jean Swisher; and also, Walker Mauck and Carson Bolton. She is also survived by friends and neighbors.

The family requests memorial donations be given to Vinton Baptist Church.
