She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Hale (Shorty) and Edna Alline Worley Hale; and her siblings, Fleeta Hale Newcomb, JoAnn Hale Hicks and Rodney Allison Hale.
She is survived by: her children, Tammy Hurt (Tommy), Tracy Ellis (Kenny), Alvin Cisco (Phyllis) and Scott Cisco; her grandchildren, Derek Hurt (Ashlee), Dylon Hurt, Dustin Ellis, Samuel Ellis (Autumn), Brandon Cisco and Samantha Cisco; her great grandchildren, Grayson Hurt, Boone Hurt, Emberlynn Ellis, Colt Ellis, Conner Cisco, Brielle Cisco and Madelyn Hoffert; and her siblings, Julia Hale King, Brenda Hale Adcock, Dixie Hale and Jerry Hale (Mike Cicso).
