With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nancy Adams of Vinton, Virginia, born in Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on April 7, 2023 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel V. Knepp and Ruth J. Knepp; her husband Robert Douglas "Bob" Adams; her son-in-law David Heck; and her sister Diane Carpenter.
She is survived by: her children, Jana Heck and Daniel "Danny" Adams (Laurie); her grandchildren, Alexia "Alex" Hite (Hunter), Jacob Heck and Evan Heck; her brother-in-law James Carpenter; and her cousins, Chip and Denise Briggs. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Thrasher Memorial United Methodist Church, 707 East Washington Ave, Vinton, VA 24179.
