He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmy Rouse and Effie Rouse; and his brothers, Jimmy Wayne Rouse and Walter Ray Rouse. He is survived by: his wife Connie L. Rouse; his daughter Tammy Lynn Rouse; his siblings, Joyce Moser (Stoney) and Robert L. Rouse; his grandsons, Austin and Dylan Sink; his parents-in-law, Geneva, Dickie Anderson, Homer Bryant and Helen Slemons; his brother-in-law Russell Bryant; and his pets, Bubba and Elliot. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
