She was predeceased by: her parents, Irene Mayhew and Frank Mayhew; her siblings, Barbara, Carolyn, Margie and Frank Mayhew Jr.; and her daughter Robin Allen.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Clevenger of Las Vegas, NV, Debra Brown of Roanoke, VA, Cindy Booth (Jerry) of Blue Ridge, VA and Michael Palmer of Roanoke, VA; and her pet Prissy. She is also survived by 7 Grandchildren; 19 Great-Grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
